From plan reviews and inspections of new residential and commercial developments to answering residents’ concerns, we can be a cost-effective and efficient alternative to the daily engineering needs of both smaller and larger communities. We can assist in developing annual capital improvement budgets based on infrastructure needs along with input from municipal officials and other local stakeholders. Obtaining funds from outside sources for infrastructure improvements is another important component of our services. Ciorba Group has been successful in obtaining a variety of federal grants for transportation improvements as well as low interest loans for water main and sanitary sewer construction.
