Ciorba Group provided plan review and inspection services for the commercial/residential development at 611 Green Bay Road in the Village of Wilmette. Ciorba reviewed and provided comments on the civil portions of the project submittal to ensure the project complies with Village of Wilmette code requirements. This review included grading, water and sewer utilities, and stormwater management. Ciorba also reviewed and provided comments on the traffic study provided by the developer.
