Brett Sauter, Ciorba’s Structural Group Manager, recently graduated from the Illinois Road and Transportation Builder’s Association (IRTBA) Emerging Leadership Program. The nine month leadership training program is capped off by an advocacy trip to Washington DC where IRTBA leadership and the emerging leaders met with House and Senate representatives to discuss important issues that are affecting the transportation industry, most notably fixing the Highway Trust Fund and sustainable infrastructure revenue.
