Tim Werner, a graduate of Purdue, joined Ciorba Group after more than 30 years of Civil Engineering experience. His expertise is working with state/local government agencies and private developers to achieve effective engineering solutions for utility, stormwater, and transportation improvements. Prior to joining Ciorba Group, Tim served as Municipal Engineer for several communities in Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Tim serves our Indiana clients and assists them with their infrastructure maintenance and capital improvement program using federal or other sources of funding.
