Ciorba Group is pleased to welcome Ryan Jacox to our team as a Roadway Project Manager. With over 20 years of experience in comprehensive traffic and transportation-related engineering, he specializes in the areas of Phase I preliminary engineering studies, feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, traffic capacity analysis, intersection design studies, traffic signal system modeling, traffic signal design, roadway lighting photometrics and design, funding application/grant writing services, land acquisition engineering, and value engineering. Ryan brings a wealth of experience to our preliminary engineering, Phase I services Team.

Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis Missouri. He is active in professional organizations, including the Illinois Transportation Engineers, and is an Illinois Section Past President. We are thrilled to have Ryan on board!
