Ciorba Group is pleased to welcome Diana Decker, PE to our team as Vice President – Roadway.  With over 25 years of experience, Diana will provide leadership to our Roadway Group while overseeing all preliminary and final design engineering projects for our clients.

Diana earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.  She is active in professional organizations including APWA, ASCE, ACEC, and SAVE.  She has completed significant projects for the Illinois Tollway, Illinois Department of Transportation, Kane and Lake County Division of Transportation and local agencies around the Chicagoland area.

We are excited about Diana joining our community.  We look forward to a future of growth and continued success for our Roadway Group under her leadership.
