Ciorba Group's staff has designed numerous intersection improvements that have included new traffic signal installations as well as the modernization of existing signals. These projects have been paid for by a variety of federal, state, and local funding programs.
We analyze intersection capacity using the Federal Highway Capacity Software, and we review geometrics with AutoTurn. Our traffic signal designs have included isolated installations as well as multiple interconnected intersections. We optimize signal timing using Synchro and Signal 2000 software.
