Asset Management For Bridge Inspections
Ciorba Group is currently employed as the Program Manager for biennial bridge inspections for various local agencies in Northeastern Illinois. We are Program Manager for the City of Evanston, the Village of Morton Grove, and the Village of Libertyville. The bridges currently under our program management responsibilities include eight bridges in the City of Evanston, one in the Village of Libertyville, and one in the Village of Morton Grove.
In Evanston, we inspect four three-span bridges over the North Shore Channel and four bridges over the Chicago Transportation Authority Yellow Line tracks. We also provide the City with consulting services for their asset management program, and we support them in obtaining federal funding for their long-term planning.
In Libertyville, we performed inspections for the Rockland Road Bridge over the Des Plaines River, which is a deck beam bridge with steel trusses.
In Morton Grove, we are the Program Manager for the Beckwith Road Bridge over the North Branch of the Chicago River — a three-span cast-in-place concrete T-beam structure.
