TRAFFIC SIGNALS

Ciorba Group has designed numerous new traffic signal installations as well as the modernization of existing signals for municipal, county and state agencies. These projects have been paid for by a variety of federal, state, and local funding programs. Equipment is selected for compliance with MUTCD and client requirements. Pedestrian signal heads and push-buttons are added at intersections with pedestrian and bicycle traffic with all equipment installed in accordance with ADA requirements. Our traffic signal designs have included isolated installations as well as multiple interconnected intersections. Signal timing is optimized using Highway Capacity Software and Synchro for interconnected systems.
