Gerald Heimsoth, PE – President
Joining Ciorba Group in 1984 as a Project Engineer, Mr. Heimsoth was appointed President of the firm in 1998. As President, he oversees our firm's financial and administrative matters while directing marketing efforts and providing technical assistance as necessary. His emphasis on providing quality services to clients has become our main corporate philosophy. He also manages our firm's municipal engineering services.
Stephen Sugg, PE, PTOE – Vice President
Mr. Sugg joined Ciorba Group in 1989 and became a Vice President in 2002. Mr. Sugg manages our firm's transportation and traffic engineering services. He gives our staff technical direction and guidance for conducting engineering studies, preparing design plans, and providing the construction inspection of transportation infrastructure improvements. His experience and certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer make him highly qualified to assist our clients in developing solutions to their traffic problems.
Salvatore Di Bernardo, PE, SE – Vice President
Mr. Di Bernardo joined Ciorba Group in 2004 and became a Vice President in 2006. Mr. Di Bernardo manages our structural group. He has extensive experience in the design of bridges nationally and internationally: including arch bridges, steel bridges, and prestressed and post-tensioned concrete bridges. Mr. Di Bernardo has authored and presented papers to international conferences. He is also actively involved in our firm's administrative and financial management.
