Gerald Heimsoth, PE – President
Joining Ciorba Group in 1984 as a Project Engineer, Mr. Heimsoth was appointed President of the firm in 1998. As President, he oversees our firm's financial and administrative matters while directing marketing efforts and providing technical assistance as necessary. His emphasis on providing quality services to clients has become our main corporate philosophy. He also manages our firm's municipal engineering services.
Salvatore Di Bernardo, PE, SE – Vice President
Mr. Di Bernardo joined Ciorba Group in 2004 and has recently become the firm’s Executive Vice President. Mr. Di Bernardo manages Ciorba’s Transportation Group. He has extensive experience in the management of highway and bridge projects, both nationally and internationally, including arch and steel bridges along with prestressed and post-tensioned concrete bridges. Mr. Di Bernardo has authored and presented papers to international conferences and is actively involved in national and international professional associations. He is also involved in our firm’s administrative and financial management.
Stephen Sugg, PE, PTOE – Vice President
Mr. Sugg joined Ciorba Group in 1989 and became Vice President in 2002. Mr. Sugg manages traffic and transportation projects providing technical direction for conducting engineering studies and preparing design plans. His experience and certification as a Professional traffic Operations Engineer makes him highly qualified to assist our clients in developing solutions to their traffic problems.
